Tuckle

Tuckle is a screen-free wall lamp that hangs above your bed. Its whole rounded-triangle face is the light. In the evening it dims like a sunset and talks you through winding down. It knows when you're in bed without anything to wear and locks your distracting phone apps. Before your alarm it wakes you with its own sunrise, and the alarm only stops once you're out of bed. In the morning it tells you how you slept and the one or two things from overnight that matter.
